This action was brought by the respondents to quiet the title to certain premises situated in Center-ville, Boise county. The action was originally brought against Joseph A. Jaggers and L. A. Jaggers, husband and wife, and H. C. Granger and Bellé Granger, husband and wife. It appears from the record that Joseph Jaggers and H. C.
