MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

In his Complaint, the pro se plaintiff, Joseph Husowitz (“Husowitz” or the “plaintiff’) alleges that the American Postal Workers Union, AFL — CIO (“APWU”) and the individual Union officers or agents, Moe Biller, Thomas Hartos, Peter J. Furgiuele and Jim Scanna (collectively, the “individual Union defendants”) breached their duty of fair representation in the handling of a grievance and arbitration over his discharge from employment with the United States Postal Service.
