MARIS, Chief Judge.
Each of the complainants owns and operates many retail shoe stores throughout the country at which women’s hosiery is sold in addition to women’s shoes. They jointly protested Maximum Price Regulation No. 6021 which establishes specific dollars-and-cents maximum prices for women’s nylon hosiery. The protest was denied. This complaint was then filed pursuant to Section 204(a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, § 924(a).
