MEMORANDUM

TAURO, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This is a products liability case in which the Plaintiff, Suzanne Genereux (“Gener-eux”), seeks recovery for having contracted chronic beryllium disease (“CBD”). Genereux, her husband, and their two children originally filed this suit against several defendants, three of which remain: American Beryllia Corp. 1 (“American”), Brush Wellman Inc. (“Brush”), and Har-dric Laboratories Inc. (“Hardric”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
