This is a four-count action brought by the receiver of a corporation to recover insurance proceeds on three life insurance policies. The complaint seeks declaratory judgment and alleges negligence, breach of contract and fraud in the payment of insurance death benefits. Defendant, Primerica Life Insur- anee Co., also has brought a third-party complaint seeking indemnification from the payee of the insurance policy proceeds, Donna Dollar.
