This is a plaintiffs appeal from a judgment sustaining a defendant’s plea of sovereign immunity.
The motion for judgment alleged that an eastbound motorcycle and a westbound automobile collided head-on in the eastbound lane of the Norfolk-Virginia Beach Expressway. Virginia Hinchey, a passenger on the motorcycle, sued Donald Lee Henderson, operator of the automobile, and Neal A. Ogden in his capacity as Superintendent of the Expressway.
