Grace Furr brings claims against her former employer, Nueterra Healthcare Management, LLC (“Nueterra”); Ridge-wood Surgery & Endoscopy Center, LLC (“Ridgewood”) and Joseph T. Poggi, III., M.D. (“Dr. Poggi”). Under Title VII, 42 U.S.C § 2000e et seq., plaintiff alleges that Nueterra created a sexually hostile work environment, constructively discharged her based on sex and retaliated because she engaged in protected activity.
