Pursuant to the grant of a discretionary appeal under OCGA § 5-6-35 (a) (1), Judy Johnson appeals the superior court’s judgment reversing the decision of the State Board of Education (“State Board”) which reversed the decision of the Pulaski County Board of Education (“Pulaski Board”) to demote Johnson from her position as a middle school principal.
