William Jack Perry slipped and fell at the 1100 Ashwood Parkway Building in Atlanta. He and his wife brought suit against the owner of the building (Marcasco Company), the major tenant of the building (Maryland Casualty Company, hereinafter “Maryland”), the property manager (The Landmarks Group General Corporation, hereinafter “Landmarks”), and the building maintenance service (Georgia Buildings Services, Inc., hereinafter “GBS”) and its employee (Cecil Carter).
