I. INTRODUCTION
The instant decision involves one of the most difficult cases this court has faced. The court is confronted by a man legally determined to be a child’s father who seeks to have the finding of paternity set aside. The facts of this case are extremely unique because the child’s natural mother and custodian joins in this request. The parties and child submitted to blood tests.
