The Corporation of Catholic Archbishop of Seattle, hereinafter referred to as the owner, employed Johnston-Campanella, hereinafter referred to as the architects, to prepare plans and specifications for the construction of a church, convent, school, and rectory near Kirkland. The architects employed Ruskin Fisher & Associates, hereinafter referred to as the engineer, to perform the necessary engineering work, as well as to establish elevations and grades for a gravity-flow sewer system from the buildings, when constructed, to connect with a designated trunk line of the Kirkland sewer system.…
