Henry Shirk, then residing in Baltimore City, died on! or about June 18th, 1891, leaving a last will and testament which in due course Was probated in the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore Oity Under that will the residuum of his estate was devised and bequeathed to his daughter and his grandsons in the following proportions: To Susan Hiss, his' daughter, one undivided onedialf interest, to his two grandsons, Isaac Shirk and Henry Shirk, the other undivided one-half interest.
