Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), rendered April 18, 2000, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

In October 1997, defendant was adjudicated a youthful offender upon his plea of guilty of attempted robbery in the second degree and he was sentenced to a five-year period of probation.
