RULING ON BANKRUPTCY APPEAL Chapter 7 Debtor Sheri Speer (“Speer”), proceeding pro se, appeals from two orders entered by the bankruptcy court: an order cancelling a status conference with the parties; and a Final Decree formally discharging the Chapter 7 Trustee and closing the case.
