In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review an order of the Commissioner of Housing and Community Renewal of the State of New York dated November 26, 1985, which, after a public hearing, authorized Brightwater Towers to increase its maximum average monthly room rental, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Held, J.), dated August 22, 1986, which dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
