THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Defendant, Walgreen Co.’s (‘Walgreens[’s]”) Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) [ECF No. 44], filed on March 4, 2011. In the Motion, Walgreens seeks summary judgment on Plaintiff, Basil Jennings’s (“Jennings[’s]”) claims of retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights *1348Act of 1964 (“Title VIP’), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e(1)-(17), and the Florida Civil Rights Act (“FCRA”), Fla. Stat. § 760.01-.11 (2009). The Court has considered the parties’ written submissions and the applicable law.
