1Per curiam
The parties will be re ferred to as petitioner and respondent. This is an original proceeding to review an award entered on the 7th day of August, 1936, refusing to discontinue compensation made in 'an order of July 2, 1936.
Respondent suffered an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment when he slipped and fell through the floor of a rig on September 8, 1935. Both parties admit that there is hut the one question as to whether there is any competent evidence to sustain the award.
