This is a diversity case. JurisdictionaS prerequisites being present, it was removed by appellee from the Pulaski County Chancery Court of the State of Arkansas to the United States District Court. Pursuant to motion of appellee, the purported service of summons was quashed and the complaint was dismissed. This appeal follows.
