The respondent was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Department, in May, 1902, and has practiced as such attorney since his admission and up to the 17th day of February, 1925, when an order was entered in the Appellate Division suspending the respondent from practice for one year.
