Alan Granader (“Granader”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment against him, and the district court’s award of Rule 11 sanctions. Finding no error, we AFFIRM the district court on both points of appeal.
I. FACTS
In December of 1988, Alan Granader borrowed $50,000 from First National Bank of Texas (“Bank”) to purchase 5,000 shares of Bank common stock for his children. When the Bank did not deliver his stock, Granader made inquiries about the status of the stock.
