LASKER, District Judge.
Plaintiff moves, under provisions of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 60(b) (5) and (6), to vacate the judgment of dismissal in this action dated March 23, 1965. These facts are undisputed: Plaintiff, a merchant seaman, brought suit against the defendants, pursuant to the Jones Act and the General Maritime Law, for personal injuries suffered in 1959.
