SUMMERS, Justice.

The appeal arises out of a will contest. Our deceased was Napoleon “Poley” Beal of Atoka, and tendered for the trial court’s evaluation were two instruments, each offered by a different beneficiary as being the last will of Poley Beal. After a full hearing the trial court admitted neither will to probate, and appointed a Special Administrator to handle the estate of the intestate decedent.
