Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Dykeman, J., entered March 13, 1920, upon findings in favor of the defendants, in an action on contract, tried to the court.

The plaintiff seeks recovery from the defendants upon alleged sales of two lots of automobile tires which were delivered from his wholesale house in Seattle to their place of business in the southern part of the city in October, 1919. Trial in the superior *138court sitting without a jury resulted in findings and judgment in favor of the defendants, denying recovery, from which the plaintiff has appealed to this court.
