This is a suit for alleged infringement of letters patent numbered 492,497, dated March 7, 1893, issued to Robert B. McEwan, Jessie £. McEwan, and Richard W. McEwan ‘■’for a new and useful improvement in paper board.” The bill alleges that on March 21, 1893, Robert B., Jessie L., and Richard W. Mc-Ewan, by assignment in writing, sold, assigned, and transferred to the McEwan Bros.
