This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the appellee for the sum of $1,250.64 as damages for mental suffering due to the negligent failure of the appellant to deliver a telegram notifying her of the serious illness of her sister. 'There is little, if any, dispute about the facts. On February 8, 1916, J. L. Landers sent the following message from Normandy, Tenn., to the appellee at Mt. Pleasant, Tex.:
