1. The demurrer raising the question of jurisdiction was rightly overruled. Howard v. Chesapeake & O. R. Co. 11 App. D. C. 300, 333. In that case, the plaintiff, who was a citizen of the State of Indiana, sued the defendant, a foreign corporation, *20to recover damages for an injury sustained on its railway in the State of Kentucky.
