Michael West appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after he pled guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, contrary to §§ 939.31 and 943.395(l)(a), (2)(a) and (2)(b), Stats., 1 and one count of obstructing or resisting an officer, contrary to § 946.41(1), Stats.
