This is an action of tort. The first count of the declaration is for negligently misinforming the plaintiff as to the train which he should take to go from Elizabeth to Chester, Pennsylvania. The second count is for a wrongful ejection of the plaintiff at Philadelphia.

The plaintiff recovered damages for the ejection and judgment was entered against both companies.
