On appeal from a judgment upon a jury verdict whereby the plaintiff’s suit was dismissed with costs.
The Darling Shops, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, sued the three owners of store property known as 504 Main street in Little Rock, Ark., for damages for breach of a written lease dated December 19, 1934, by the terms of which the owners jointly leased the property to the plaintiff for the term of five years from March 1, 1935, with a five-year renewal option.
