The issue in this appeal is whether the trial court properly denied the defendant’s motion to suppress items found at his residence following an investigative or Terry stop. See Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1, 21-22, 88 S. Ct. 1868, 20 L. Ed. 2d 889 (1968).
The defendant, Kazmierz Sulewski, appeals from the judgment of conviction rendered following his conditional plea of nolo contendere 1 to possession of narcotics with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b).
