OPINION

CLINTON, Judge.

This is a post conviction application for habeas corpus pursuant to Article 11.07. V.A.C.C.P. The issue is propriety of a nunc pro tunc order purporting to “cor*772rect” a judgment previously entered in minutes of the convicting court.

Applicant was confined January 12,1978, for an offense committed on or about January 6, 1978. Filed February 21, the indictment in case number 12468A in Criminal District Court No. 1 of Tarrant County contained two counts, towit: first, that appellant caused the death of a named individual “by shooting him with a firearm” while in the course of…
