Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Parole which revoked petitioner’s parole.

In March 2001, petitioner was convicted of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and sentenced as a second vio*1040lent felony offender to concurrent prison terms of five years followed by five years of postrelease supervision.
