¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State v. Delgado, 215 Wis. 2d 16, 572 N.W.2d 479 (Ct. App. 1997), which affirmed an order of the Circuit Court for Milwaukee County, Jeffrey A. Kremers, Judge. The order of the circuit court denied defendant Carlos R. Delgado's motion for a new trial.
