¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals affirming a judgment of the circuit court for La Crosse County, John J. Perlich, Judge.1 The defendant, Nathaniel A. *697Lindell, was convicted in a jury trial of first-degree intentional homicide, arson, and burglary.

¶ 2.
