Effie Young was by the county court of Creek county appointed ad-ministratrix of the estate of A1 Young, deceased. She presented and had approved her bond as such administratrix with the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, a corporation, as surety thereon, and received her letters of administration. It was on February 28, 1919, that she filed her appli cation m the county count tor appointment as administratrix, and' on that date she was so appointed, and filed suit in the district court of Creek county against the Magnolia Petroleum Company, and on the same day she recovered judgment and…
