No affidavit or other proof has been filed on either side to support the remarkable statements of this original and amended bill, or the not less remarkable statements of the answer which has been filed to it; *21and we are left, on this application for a receiver, to determine the question upon these bare statements alone.
The slightest inspection of this record shows that there are the gravest questions of our jurisdiction, both as relates to the parties and the subject-matter, under the acts of congress regulating removals from the state courts of suits…
