Defendants Nicholas Stefanelli, Gerald Sperduto, Robert Bisaecia, Joseph Cicala, Nelson Tosi, Sam Corsaro and John Quartuceio were indicted and charged with conspiracy to break and enter and to commit larceney (N. J. S. A. 2A :98 — 1) as well as the substantive offenses of entering with intent to steal (N. J. S. A. 2A:9A-1) and larceny of goods valued over $500 (N. J. S. A. 2A:119-2).
