This is a motion for the reargument of a motion heretofore granted vacating an order for the examination, in proceedings supplemental to execution, of the Mutual Reserve Life Insurance Company, alleged to be the debtor of the Northwestern Life Assurance Company, against which the petitioner claimed to have recovered a judgment in this court.
