You request my opinion on a number of questions involving your office and the office of corporation counsel in your county.

I. CORPORATION COUNSEL — PRIVATE PRACTICE

You state that the corporation counsel for Green County prosecutes all juvenile actions in the county, pursues mental commitments and protective service placements and represents the state and county in many other matters.
