The complaint is an attempt to state some cause of action. Plaintiff is seeking to recover three items: (1) Salary for the month of June, 1948; (2) vacation pay; (3) bonus. He is claiming his right to recover on the basis of an oral contract for employment as a design engineer and chief engineer with defendant.
