This action stems from a mechanic’s lien filed against defendant SCP 2007-C27-093 LLP’s (SCP) property by plaintiff Leeward Construction Inc. for payment for labor and materials provided by Leeward as a subcontractor in connection with the erection and construction of a CVS Pharmacy located in Middle Smithfield Township, Monroe County. *378The amount of the lien is $499,355.20 plus attorney’s fees, costs, interest and expenses. Defendant has filed preliminary objections.
