This case arises out of Plaintiff, Gul-E-Rana Mirza’s (“Mirza”) complaint [1, 12] brought against Defendant, Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. (“Neiman Marcus”). The complaint alleges that Defendant engaged in discrimination based on color, national origin, race, and religion.
