ORDER DETERMINING EXEMPTIONS

ROBERT J. KRESSEL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case came on for hearing on the trustee’s objections to the debtors’ claim of exemptions. Joseph Skokan appeared for the debtors and Timothy Moratzka, the trustee, appeared in propria persona.

This court has jurisdiction over the motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(1) and 1334, and Local Rule 1070-1. This is a core proceeding within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B).
