Plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s order dismissing his complaint for superintending control.
Plaintiff was a regular member of the. Highland Park Police Department from the date of his appointment, March 2, 1967, to December 4, 1968. On that date, the Wayne County Citizens’ Grand Jury returned six separate "True Bills” charging plaintiff with thefts from various business places in Highland Park.
