People v. Fenton

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Danaher, Jr., J.), rendered April 19, 1988, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the first degree, rape in the first degree and sexual abuse in the first degree.

On August 11, 1987, defendant was taken into custody for questioning by the police in the City of Elmira, Chemung County, who were investigating an attack on a woman which had occurred earlier that day.
