On January 5, 1915, Thomas J. Kinnett died testate, owning personalty and real estate. By the terms of his will a life estate in one tract of real estate was devised to a daughter with remainder over to the heirs of her body. A life estate in all other property, real and personal, was devised to his wife, Lyda Kinnett, in lieu of dower or other rights she might have as widow, with disposition to others, including plaintiff herein, at her decease.
