Chitwood, Jr., on her complaint to collect an alleged ar-rearage for child support accrued during the period of February 19, 1999, to May 31, 2004. The order appealed from also dismissed as moot Appellee’s third-party complaint for indemnification against Appellant’s mother, Jane Chitwood.
