MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KENNEDY, District Judge.
In this action, the trustees of the Bricklayers and Trowel Trades International Pension Fund (“Trustees” or “Fund”), a multiemployer employee benefit plan governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., allege that defendants, Interior Finishes, Inc. (“Interior Finishes”) and R.H.I., Inc. (“RHI”), failed to make required contributions to the Fund in violation of ERISA.
