LThe defendant, ■ Ahmad MeQuarters, pled guilty to distribution of cocaine pursuant to a plea agreement that included a sentencing cap of 15 years. He was sentenced to five years at hard labor, two years of which are without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. This appeal followed. Seeking to withdraw, the defendant’s appellate counsel filed an Anders1 brief in this court, which alleged that she could find no nonfrivolous issues to raise on appeal. We grant the motion to withdraw and affirm the defendant’s conviction and sentence.
