Plaintiff-Appellant Nezmije Demirovic (“Demirovic”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Alvin K. Hellerstein, Judge), dismissing her claim for disability benefits. Demirovic argues that the denial of her employer-sponsored disability benefits by Defendanb-Appellee Building Service 32B-J Pension Fund (“the Fund”) violates ERISA.
